Declaration State of Emergency - Burn Ban:

The Town of Bolton has officially declared a State of Emergency to reinforce the State of Connecticut's Burn Ban. Due to the prolonged period of extremely dry weather coupled with the very dry ground and no immediate rain forecasted there is NO BURNING PERMITTED.  This declaration will stay in effect until the state removes its declaration and the state of emergency is lifted.

A Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for the Town of Bolton for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2022 will be held on April 26, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at Bolton Town Hall located at 222 Bolton Center Road, Bolton, Connecticut.

Copies of the Proposed Budget will be available for public inspection beginning April 22, 2022 at the Town Clerk’s office at Bolton Town Hall during normal business hours.
