Able Coil & Electronics Co.’s appl. for a Zone Change from RMUZ and R-2 to GB at 837-889 Boston Tpke (#PL-22-5)
Bolton PZC’s temp. 9 mo. moratorium on adult-use cannabis establishments to consider the development of regulations regarding the cultivation, sale, and distribution of adult use cannabis (#PL-22-6) eff. upon publication.
90-day Extension to file plans with Town Clerk to 11/7/22 under Zoning Regulations Sec. 16B.5.b: Special Permit for Veterinary Hospital/Emergency Care, 233 Boston Tpke & 12 Williams Rd (Bolton Vet), Veterinarians of Eastern Connecticut LLC (#PL-22-3)

A Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for the Town of Bolton for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2025, will be held on April 22, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. (following the BOS A/P Meeting and the Public Information Session Regarding the First Selectman’s Salary) at the Bolton Town Hall located at 222 Bolton Center Road, Bolton, Connecticut.

The Bolton Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action at its meeting on April 8, 2025:Approved appl. ZBA-25-1, Vernon Rd (Lot 9), vacant land located between nos. 21 and 31 Vernon Rd - reducing the 35-ft requirement to 20-ft, and a 15-ft rear yard setback variance, reducing the 30-ft requirement to 15-ft, for the purpose of constructing a new dwelling. (4:0:1)

Notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Assessment Appeals at the Town Hall, Lower Level, 222 Bolton Center Rd., Bolton, CT on April 21, 2025, at 9:00am, for the purpose of hearing appeals due to the change in the motor vehicle depreciation schedule, per House Bill 7067, Section 2. No other items will be considered at this meeting.
