Declaration State of Emergency - Burn Ban:

The Town of Bolton has officially declared a State of Emergency to reinforce the State of Connecticut's Burn Ban. Due to the prolonged period of extremely dry weather coupled with the very dry ground and no immediate rain forecasted there is NO BURNING PERMITTED.  This declaration will stay in effect until the state removes its declaration and the state of emergency is lifted.

You told us you would like to hear more about what to do to stay safe while shopping. There have been several stories in the news and we want to make sure we are doing our best to stay safe. Bolton Resident Trooper Dan Richman will be at the Senior Center on Tuesday, May 3 at 9 a.m. with helpful suggestions and to answer any of your questions. RSVP due April 29.
