Read to the dogs

September 14, 2024
11:00 am to 12:00 pm

Join us as we celebrate National Service Dog Awareness Month with an hour of reading with our guest certified therapy dogs Toby and Amelia. A service animal is identified as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. Reading to a dog can improve reading abilities, help a child feel more comfortable about reading and improve a child’s attitude towards reading. Plan to come and spend a great hour with two outstanding dogs.                                  REGISTER HERE
