A Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for the Town of Bolton for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2025, will be held on April 22, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. (following the BOS A/P Meeting and the Public Information Session Regarding the First Selectman’s Salary) at the Bolton Town Hall located at 222 Bolton Center Road, Bolton, Connecticut.

Copies of the Proposed Budget will be available for public inspection beginning April 17, 2025, at the Town Clerk’s office at Bolton Town Hall during normal business hours.

BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS
LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF BOLTON

Per (CGS §12-110), the Board of Assessment Appeals will meet Tuesday, 9/17/2024 & Wednesday, 9/18/2024 at 6:00 pm and Saturday, 9/21/2024, at 8:40 am. Meetings will be held in the Assessor's Office, at the Town Hall, Lower Level, to hear motor vehicle appeals on the 2023 Grand List and on the 2022 Supplementa1 Motor Vehicle List. ONLY REGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE APPEALS WILL BE HEARD.

While not required, to ensure an appointment time, appeal applications should be received in the Assessor's Office by 4 pm, Monday, 9/16/2024. Appeal applications are available on the BAA page of the town's website, https:ljtown.boltonct.gov/ and at the Assessor's Office.
