TAX COLLECTOR’S NOTICE:

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Bolton that the Supplemental Motor Vehicle Tax Billing shall become due and payable on January 1, 2025.  Interest at the rate of 1 ½% per month will be charged for all taxes remaining unpaid for one month after the same became due.  Minimum interest charge is $2.00 per bill.  Taxes paid after February 3, 2025, shall become subject to interest from January 1, 2025.

The Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. virtually & in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 222 Bolton Center Rd, Bolton, CT, to hear Michael Bugnacki’s appl. for a Special Permit for six 1,000 sq ft senior housing units at 7 Loomis Rd under Zoning Regulations Sections 6A.14 & 8B.2.b. for traditional multiple dwelling complexes for seniors in NB Zone (#PL-23-5).
