The Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission, at its August 10, 2022 regular meeting, approved
the update to the Plan of Conservation & Development for Affordable Housing as presented, to
be incorporated into the Plan of Conservation & Development for the Town of Bolton and
adopted by the PZC as the updated Plan of Conservation & Development for the Town of Bolton
in accordance with CGS Sec 8-23, effective 09/01/2022.
