A Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for the Town of Bolton for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2025, will be held on April 22, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. (following the BOS A/P Meeting and the Public Information Session Regarding the First Selectman’s Salary) at the Bolton Town Hall located at 222 Bolton Center Road, Bolton, Connecticut.

Copies of the Proposed Budget will be available for public inspection beginning April 17, 2025, at the Town Clerk’s office at Bolton Town Hall during normal business hours.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

June 30, 2023

The Bolton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 7:00 pm, to consider  James Grady’s application ZBA-23-2, 35 Lakeside Circle, for a rear yard and a side yard variance to install a deck.  

The application is on file in the Bolton Land Use Dept & all interested parties may attend in person at Town Hall or virtually over Zoom to testify, or submit written testimony.  The public may obtain the virtual access information 48 hours prior to the meeting from the town website or from the Land Use Dept during normal business hours.
