The Town of Bolton has recently completed the preparation of the feasibility study and preliminary design for the Nathan Hale Greenway and it is now available for distribution. Please use the link below to gain access to the final report of the study. The Town will be evaluating and implementing the various recommendations of the study over time, in particular, ones that involve low or no cost options which encourage the active management of the Town owned properties in the study area and can provide feasible access for the public. Declaration State of Emergency - Burn Ban:
The Town of Bolton has officially declared a State of Emergency to reinforce the State of Connecticut's Burn Ban. Due to the prolonged period of extremely dry weather coupled with the very dry ground and no immediate rain forecasted there is NO BURNING PERMITTED. This declaration will stay in effect until the state removes its declaration and the state of emergency is lifted.
