NOTE FROM ASSESSOR’S OFFICE: There has been a change in Connecticut General Statutes affecting Motor Vehicle appeals. Vehicles are valued on a declining percentage of their original MSRP. The only grounds for appeals is if the vehicle owner disagrees with the MSRP used. Appeals of a vehicle’s condition, mileage, being a salvage vehicle or having a rebuilt title is no longer allowed.
